Indonesian Government Tax Leakage Appointments Close

The Indonesian government promised to conduct a massive improvement. "The incident (case markus tax) recently became the break through for the government to do a massive improvement, so there is no longer the leaks," said Coordinating Minister Hatta Rajasa workshop Monetary and Financial Journalists Forum (Forkem) at the Hotel Savoy Homann , Bandung, Saturday (10/4/2010).

Hatta said the government is prepared to work hard to improve compliance with tax payments by increasing the tax ratio in recent years are still struggling at 11-12%.

As is known, the government lowered the tax revenue target in 2010 of Rp9, 5 trillion, the government even as desperate to raise the tax ratio. House Budget Chairman Harry Azhar Azis said the government filed a tax ratio decreased from 12.4% to 11.7%.
