President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) has been mapping the cases of tax crimes. President revealed there were three types of tax crimes. First, taxpayers who do not meet its obligations, does not pay or ngemplang, or paid not in accordance with the provisions. "This type of crime first. Of course, given the legal action because it harmed the country," said the President at the Presidential Office, Monday (5/4/2010).

Second, tax officials of corruption by taking the money. Of course, the President said, the country also suffers. "Of course this is a crime that can not be given tolerance, when our country needs greater development resources anymore to finance all our development agenda," added the President.

Third, according to the President, often called collusion, or bad peace. This means that taxpayers, who should pay 100 percent of their tax liability, perhaps only paying 60 percent.

"The 60 percent that dikongkalikong again, and again by unscrupulous disiasati in environmental taxes. It may take longer there, who entered the country may live 20 percent-30 percent. Both of them commit crimes and return disadvantaged countries," explained the President.

Therefore, the President requested that the law enforcement agency with a very serious task force addressing this issue and report its progress. That way, there is an effective corrective action, thinking about preventive measures in time to come.
